Soft washing, not blasting
Most “house washing” damage happens when high pressure meets painted timber, render or old mortar. We soft wash houses instead: low pressure with biodegradable surfactants that break down mould and grime, then a controlled rinse. It's safe on weatherboard Queenslanders, rendered walls, brick and cladding — and the clean lasts longer because the growth is killed, not just pushed around. High pressure still has its place: concrete driveways, paths and pavers get a surface cleaner for an even, streak-free finish.

No. For house washing, we use a soft wash technique with low pressure and professional cleaning solutions. This safely removes dirt and mould without risking damage to paint, render, or cladding. High pressure is only used on hard surfaces like concrete driveways and paths.
We take care to pre-wet and protect garden beds before cleaning. The solutions we use break down quickly and are used at concentrations that are safe around vegetation. We rinse surrounding areas thoroughly after every job.
Most standard house washes take 2 to 4 hours depending on the size of the property and how much buildup there is. Driveways and paths add another 1 to 2 hours. We usually arrive between 6:30 and 7:30am to make the most of the day.
In Brisbane's climate, most homes benefit from a wash every 12 to 18 months. Properties with heavy shade or near trees may need it more often due to faster mould growth. Roofs typically need cleaning every 2 to 3 years.
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to a tap, a powerpoint, and the areas being cleaned, we can work while you're out. We'll send you before-and-after photos when the job is done.
