From quote to clean to invoice
Six steps, no surprises. Same-day quotes, fixed pricing, owner-operated, fully insured. Here's exactly how a Proper Pressure job runs.

Request a quote
Send the address by SMS, email, or the contact form, with a sentence or two on what you want cleaned. Most Brisbane properties can be quoted from Google Street View, so no site visit is needed.

Same-day fixed quote
We send a written quote the same day, usually within a few hours. The figure is fixed: what we quote is what you pay. GST is included, no hidden line items.

Booking confirmed
Pick a day that works. We confirm by SMS the day before with an arrival window. Standard lead time is one to two weeks; urgent jobs are sometimes faster.

Arrive, protect, clean
Nile arrives in the window agreed. Plants and beds get pre-wet and covered where needed. Soft wash for walls and roofs, high pressure on hardscape. The right technique for each surface.

Walk-around and photos
Before leaving, we walk the property with you (or solo if you're out) and check the result. Before-and-after photos go to you by SMS or email.

Invoice and payment
Invoice goes out the same day. Card, bank transfer, or cash, whatever's easiest. Most customers pay by transfer once they've seen the result.
Why it works this way
Proper Pressure is owner-operated. Nile quotes the job and Nile does the work. That means the quote is the result, technique is consistent across every visit, and accountability is direct. No call-centre triage, no subcontractors, no "the boys will be there sometime Thursday."
The trade-off is lead time. Booking a week or two out is normal. For most customers, that's a fair swap for the standard of work and the certainty of who's turning up.

Common questions
How quickly can you book me in?
Standard lead time is one to two weeks from quote acceptance. Urgent jobs (pre-sale, end-of-lease, insurance) can sometimes be scheduled inside a week. Let us know the deadline when you ask for a quote and we'll work to it.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. As long as we have access to a tap, a powerpoint, and the areas being cleaned, the job can be completed while you're out. We send before-and-after photos when finished.
Do you bring your own water?
We use your tap by default, which keeps cost down. For acreage or rural-fringe properties without mains pressure, we bring tank water on request.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We walk the property before leaving and re-treat anything you're not happy with on the spot. If something comes up after we leave, send us a photo and we'll come back to address it.
